- Clients who are more than 5 minutes late will be considered a "no-show" and will need to pay for the services they missed, before scheduling another appointment. (By being more than 5 minutes late, you risk interfering with the next client's time slot, which is unfair to them.)
- Clients will be required to notify their barber if they wish to reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before their scheduled services. Failure to do so will result in the client having to pay for the services they missed, before scheduling another appointment. (By canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 12 hours, there may not be enough time for another client to see that availability and fill that spot.)
- Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will need to pay for the services they missed, before scheduling another appointment.
Please remember, our barbers make a living by keeping their chairs filled. Every time a client is late, fails to reschedule in advance or misses their appointment, their barber loses money. Thank you for your cooperation!
