Niagara Barber Company’s Booking Policy


Late/Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Clients who are more than 5 minutes late will be skipped and will need to reschedule another appointment.
  • Clients will be required to notify their barber if they wish to reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before their scheduled appointment(s)
  • Clients will be allowed 2 opportunities to either be late or cancel/reschedule their within 12 hours of their appointment(s)
  • Niagara Barber Co. will then require the client to put a credit/debit card on file before they book their next appointment, which will be charged for the amount of the scheduled service(s), if the client is late or cancels/reschedules again within 12 hours for their future appointment(s) .


No-call / No-Show Policy 

If a client does not show up to their appointment and provide any notice, they will not be allowed to book another appointment, until they put a credit/debit card on file, and pay for the previously scheduled services that they did not show up to.
