Niagara Barber Company's Booking Policy

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will move onto the next client(s) and you will need to reschedule or wait until the next available opening.   
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, in order to provide enough time for other clients to take that opening.
  •  SUNDAYS = APPOINTMENT ONLY.  All Sunday appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


Niagara Barber Company's Booking Policy runs on a 3 strike basis. If you are marked as more than 5 minutes late and/or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, 3 times; Niagara Barber Company will no longer accept your appointment requests.


***If you would like to earn appointment access again, NBCO reserves the right to charge you a deposit to be paid in advance for your future requested service(s). The deposit will be held for your future appointments up to one year and will be non-refundable if the booking policy is breached again.***
